How To Enroll In Paperless Billing

When you enroll in paperless billing, we’ll send you an email notification when your bill is available and will no longer mail an invoice to your home or business. You can select to receive a copy of your bill as an attachment to the email notification or can access your bill within your online account. A MyAmeriGas online account is required for paperless billing to ensure you receive and have access to your invoices. How to go Paperless:

  1. Login to your MyAmeriGas account.
  2. Select Billing Notifications from the Billing & Payments Menu.
  3. Scroll to the Billing & Payment Email Notifications section.
  4. Toggle the paperless billing option on by clicking on the grey toggle button.
  5. Make sure you review the email address used for billing and payment notifications to ensure it’s the email you’d like to use.

Customers who enroll in paperless billing are not charged the Paper Invoice Fee of $2.99 per invoice. This fee is not applicable to customers in Maine, New York, or New Jersey.

 

How to Update My Paperless Email Address

You can update the email address used for your bill notifications, and your other communication preferences, within your MyAmeriGas online account. To update your bill notification email address, Select Billing Notifications from the Billing & Payments Menu and then navigate to the Billing & Payment Notifications section. Click the Update Email link, enter the new email address you would like to use, and select save.

At this time, you can only receive a notification when your bill is available at one email address.

How to Access My Paperless Invoices

You can access your AmeriGas Invoices in pdf format within your MyAmeriGas account. Select the blue View Invoice link to view, save, or print a copy of your invoice for your records.

  • You can view your current or open invoice(s) by:
    • Clicking the View Invoices link under the Make a Payment button on your Account Summary or within the Billing & Payments Menu.
    • Using the Pay By Open Invoice Option after clicking Make a Payment from your Account Summary.
    • Selecting View All Account Activity
  • You can view your invoice history by selecting View Invoices from the Billing & Payments Menu.

Your MyAmeriGas account will have up to 2 years of your invoice history regardless of your paperless enrollment status.
