How to Enroll in Account Alerts & Notifications

Start by logging into your MyAmeriGas account

Under the My Account dropdown in the top navigation menu, select My Contacts

Add your mobile number or email address or edit an existing phone number or email address on your account

Use the toggles to set your communication preferences and select Save
Notifications sent vary by account setup and type. Delivery and service appointment notifications are currently available for Residential customers only. New bill notifications and payment confirmations are available for all customers. We are continuously looking to expand our notifications and online services, check back soon!
