About Jessica Sonntag
Jessica Sonntag is the Interim Vice President of Customer Engagement. She oversees the call center, Customer Digital Experience, Process, Business Services, Quality and Training, and Business Partner groups within the Customer Engagement Services function.
Jessica joined AmeriGas in 1994 as a Customer Relations Representative. She has since served in leadership roles of progressive responsibility in field operations and customer engagement. Most recently, she was Group Director of Process Improvement.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Northwestern State University.
