Tossing your tomatoes on the grill is a simply delicious way to savor this summer favorite! The preparation is simple, the grill time is quick, and the flavor is incredible – a win-win-win on the grill. Once prepared, these grilled tomatoes are fantastic in so many ways. - 4 tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Herbs, to taste
- Preheat grill to 350.
- Slice tomatoes into very thick slices or halve them, brushing or drizzling both sides with oil.
- Grill one side 4-5 minutes; gently flip with a grill-safe spatula; grill other side 4-5 minutes.
- Use spatula to gently remove from grill to platter; season with fresh salt and pepper or other herbs if desired.
