Grilled Chipotle Chicken

Grilled Chipotle Chicken Recipe
Back to Blog List Page

Spicy, smoky, and complex, this marinade blends canned chipotle peppers and adobo sauce with a perfect mix of herbs and spices for one delicious flavor. The best part? It’s simple to make! All ingredients can be simply tossed into your blender or food processor with little prep, to create a thick marinade. Toss in the chicken for at least 30 minutes – or prep ahead and marinate overnight – then toss on the grill. We love this versatile chicken served with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and paired with a side like Mexican street corn, or sliced over salad, used in fajitas, tacos, wraps, etc.
