As an AmeriGas customer, we want to let you know about some of the easiest and most convenient ways to do business with us. We are dedicated to serving your needs, and we’re excited to share with you some ways in which we are actively making our propane more pro-you than ever.

Online Account Management

MyAmeriGas is your very own online service portal. Just create or log in to your account at www.myamerigas.com, and you can do these things, and more!

  • Create an Account: All you will need is your account number and billing zip code. Visit www.myamerigas.com/registration/identifyaccount.
  • Sign up for Text Message Alerts: Select ‘My Contacts’ from the ‘My Account’ menu at the top of the page. To review the communication preferences, select ‘Edit Contact’ next to the phone number or ‘Add Contact’ button to add a mobile phone number. Toggle the on/off switch for a communication type and select save to update your preferences. Make sure ‘Delivery Notifications’ under the ‘Text’ options is set.
  • Pay Your Bill: Use the ‘Pay Bill’ link at the top of the screen or the blue ‘Pay Bill Now’ button on your account homepage. You will be alerted that you will be sent to a third-party website to make payments; click the blue ‘Continue’ button. From there, under the ‘Open Bills’ tab select your bill and click ‘Pay Bill.’

Q: Where do I find my AmeriGas account number?
A: Customers can find their account number on their paper bill (begins with a 2). Once you have created a MyAmeriGas online account you will also be able to access your account number anytime using your online account.

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: AmeriGas offers various payment options for your convenience: Pay Online Whether paying in advance or upon delivery, you can make a payment online anytime with no convenience fees at www.myamerigas.com. Select My Account to enroll.

  • Pay with a credit or debit card (no gift cards)
  • Pay via a checking or savings account Pay by Mail Checks and Money Orders may be mailed directly to the address on the remit portion of the invoice with the envelope provided with your invoice. If you do not have your invoice or are paying in advance, remember to include your AmeriGas account number on your check/money order and mail to: AmeriGas, PO Box 371473, Pittsburgh, PA 15250.
  • Pay by Phone- Pay your bill using our automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 800-427-4968 and select option #2 for payments.
  • Pay via Online Banking - Log onto your bank’s website and schedule payments to AmeriGas. Contact your bank for assistance.
