We're here to help make managing your propane service easy this season.
As the weather turns colder and we plan for winter deliveries, below are our recommendations to help ensure your propane service runs smoothly and continuously. We recommend you check your tank gauge and order early to ensure ample time for a propane delivery. For the most convenient service, we encourage customers to manage their propane account online at MyAmeriGas.com where you can order propane, pay your bill, and update usage information.
As always, if you smell gas or are experiencing signs of a gas leak, our 24/7 emergency service can be reached at 800-805-0659.
Check Your Tank Gauge.
Start this season off right by checking your propane tank gauge to avoid any surprises. Learn how to check your tank gauge. You can also view your Estimated Tank Level and Estimated Days Remaining within your MyAmeriGas account and can submit an updated tank level at any time.
We currently recommend Will Call, or call ahead, customers order when your tank gauge reads 30% to 40%. The quickest and easiest way to place a propane order is to order online at MyAmeriGas.com. Both customers who receive an invoice due after delivery and customers who pay in advance can order online. Request a Delivery Online.
You can also use our self-serve automated phone system to place an order 24 hours a day by calling 800-263-7442. Lastly, if you prefer to place an order with an agent via phone, contact us at 800-263-7442.
If you are an Automatic Delivery customer, we'll monitor your usage and automatically schedule deliveries when we estimate your tank is getting low. Login to MyAmeriGas to monitor your propane usage, submit a tank level update, and view your scheduled deliveries.

Be Prepared for a Delivery.
To help ensure AmeriGas is able to safely complete your deliveries this winter, please read the important reminders found in the Winter Safety Guidelines. For example, keep your driveway and propane equipment clear of snow and ice, and mark the location of underground propane tanks.
