This document explains how our relationship works: how we deliver propane; how we provide propane-related services; what things cost; who owns which pieces of equipment; and the responsibilities for both AmeriGas and you.
Here's What You Can Expect
1. Easier to Review and Understand Agreement
Reorganized from 25 sections to 18 and rewritten in plain language, so it's easier to review and understand.
2. Transparent, Predictable Pricing
Several charges are moving from variable to fixed pricing, so you know costs upfront. Customers who want even more price certainty may be eligible to enroll in our Guaranteed Pricing Program.
3. More Billing Flexibility
Equipment Rent can now be billed weekly, monthly, or annually, instead of only annually, so customers have more options that fit their budget.
4. Convenient Online Availability
Viewing our updated Terms & Conditions is easy and convenient. You can read the document online at AmeriGas.com/terms-and-conditions. Please remember to either print or download a copy for your records.
Please note that by accepting or requesting a propane delivery or propane-related services on or after October 1, 2026, you agree to the revised Terms & Conditions.
