We will record your request promptly and update our internal Do-Not-Call List within 30 days after we receive your request. We will keep a record of your request for at least five years unless you ask to be removed from the list.

Yes. If you have multiple telephone numbers, please tell us all of the telephone numbers you want to add to the AmeriGas Do-Not-Call List.

Yes. If your information changes, please give us your new name, address, and telephone number. If you are on a Do Not Call registry, we will need this information so that we can also update our Do-Not-Call list.

No. Do-Not-Call lists concern telemarketing calls only. Being on our Do-Not-Call List will not prevent calls concerning appointments, service, billing, or other related issues.

No. Placing your number on our Do-Not-Call List will not adversely affect your relationship with or service from us.

Yes. If you want to restrict telemarketing calls to your telephone number, you may add your number to the National Do-Not-Call Registry by calling 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 866.290.4236) or visiting www.donotcall.gov.

If you are a current customer with AmeriGas, we may contact you about your deliveries or other account-related matters.

Yes. Federal telemarketing rules permit businesses to make certain telemarketing calls to customers even if their numbers are on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. If you have given your prior express written consent to AmeriGas, or have an established business relationship (as determined by applicable law) with AmeriGas, AmeriGas and its authorized agents may occasionally call the number that you provided to tell you about special offers and new services. If you want to restrict telemarketing calls from or on behalf of AmeriGas, you may add your number to our Do-Not-Call list.

Yes. AmeriGas monitors and enforces compliance with this policy. All employees whose duties involve making telemarketing calls are trained on Do-Not-Call rules, the use of the AmeriGas Do-Not-Call List, and this policy.
