What is AmeriGas Business?

AmeriGas Business is our new account service built exclusively for our business customers. AmeriGas business makes it easy to request a delivery, view your scheduled deliveries, access your delivery history, and monitor your propane usage.

What is "Early Access" to AmeriGas Business?

Early Access is a limited launch of our new AmeriGas Business website with availability initially for select customers. AmeriGas Business is currently available only by invitation but is expected to expand to more customers in the near future! Stay tuned.

Can I use AmeriGas Business if I already use the MyAmeriGas Portal?
The MyAmeriGas Portal will remain available to you at this time. AmeriGas Business Early Access customers will have both AmeriGas Business and the MyAmeriGas Portal available to them until further notice.
Why can't I access AmeriGas Business?
Access to AmeriGas Business is currently only available to a limited number of customers by invitation only. We are doing our best to expand the availability to more businesses and will inform you when AmeriGas Business is available to you and your business.
Where do I find my AmeriGas account number?

The account number can also be found on your paper bill. The number on the invoice left at delivery is NOT your account number. If you cannot locate the account number, we can provide it you by calling customer service at 1-800-263-7442. Once you have created a MyAmeriGas online account you will also be able to access your account number anytime using your online account.

Please note that for customers who became a customer through the "Get a Quote" process online, the email and password you set up during the quote process are your MyAmeriGas login credentials, and you should simply be able to log in without registering or entering your account number.

What is my username or ID?
Your user ID is your email. If you don't recall the email you used to set up your account, you can verify your account with our customer service department by calling in and we can confirm the email address linked to your online account.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the “Login” page. You will be prompted to provide the email address associated with your online account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Who should I contact if I have questions about my business account?

Commercial customers can find answers to common questions within the support section of our website. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for in the support section, you can utilize our chat function, call our commercial customer support 24/7 at 1-800-263-7442, or reach out to your AmeriGas account manager directly.

How do I pay my bill and view invoices in AmeriGas Business?

AmeriGas Business does not currently offer bill pay and invoicing options. However, we continue to offer our business customers a variety of bill pay options for their convenience, including:

Online: online bill payment remains an option for current MyAmeriGas Portal users. If you currently have a MyAmeriGas login you may continue to make your payment online, anytime, with no fees.

Pay by Phone: Pay your AmeriGas bills by calling our service center 24/7 at 1-800-263-7442. Local office hours vary and may not be able to accommodate payments by phone.

Pay by Mail: Checks and Money Orders may be mailed directly to the address on the remit portion of the invoice with the envelope provided with your invoice. If you do not have your invoice or are paying in advance, remember to include your AmeriGas account number on your check/money order and mail to:

How do I request a delivery using AmeriGas Business?

Eligible accounts can start a delivery request by visiting either the “Request a Delivery” or “All Equipment” pages.

Only customers who currently call or request their deliveries online are able to request a delivery through AmeriGas Business at this time. Customers who are enrolled in fixed cycle delivery are unable to use this feature at this time.

Can I link multiple account in AmeriGas Business?
Unfortunately AmeriGas Business does not currently have the ability to link multiple accounts or accounts with different locations. This is an enhancement we are planning to make in the future.
