AmeriGas Introduces Interactive Voice Response for Customers

Along with the redesign of our online experience, AmeriGas is making it easier & more convenient than ever for customers to do business with us over the phone.

Customers will be able to use their voice to tell our phone system what they need help with. As a customer, you can ask for help in your own words or choose from a menu using your telephone keypad. In addition to requesting help, customers will have the option to use the automated system to hear basic billing information such as Total Balance, Amount Due and last payment information. Along with hearing basic billing information, customers will also have the ability to pay their bill, check delivery dates, and order propane over the phone.

Over time, additional automated features will be available to our customers that call for assistance. AmeriGas will be able to provide our customers convenient and easy access to information and services in the automated phone system.
