The Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR) program is a Department of Defense program that aims to support Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers by assisting in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
On June 19th, our AmeriGas Veteran Employee Team had the privilege to speak with Michigan ESGR volunteer Paul Ryan. Paul provided our team with great insights on the ESGR’s mission, available programs, statement of support and much more.
