Sweet pineapple and savory soy come together to make one craveable marinade. This one is simple to whip up and great with any meat or veggie to give some island flavor. We love it on chicken, served with grilled pineapple slices and charred shishito peppers.

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and then transfer into a large sealable plastic bag.
- Add preferred meat, seal, and refrigerate from a few hours to overnight, making sure to turn the bag several times for even marinating.
- Grill marinated meat at appropriate temperature until desired level of doneness and enjoy!
