New AmeriGas President Mike Sharp is speaking out about his plans to shape the future of AmeriGas and all of them are based on the most important feedback we receive – yours!
He has heard loud and clear what could make this company better and is not wasting any time rallying the AmeriGas troops to institute significant and impactful changes that will benefit our customers and our employees.
Most notably, we are returning customer service centers to the US, deep-diving logistics for more efficient routing and delivery and creating an improved billing experience.
There is a lot more to come on these initiatives, and we look forward to sharing our progress with you as we work towards fully implementing these meaningful changes to the way we do business.

Hurry Up & Make a Hurricane Plan
Hurricanes are most likely to strike our shores from June through November, and with the NOAA forecasting for an active storm season, it’s important to plan ahead and take precautions so that you’re prepared when severe weather hits.
We’ve all seen shelves cleared in the blink of an eye once a storm is in the forecast – and the demand for propane skyrockets similarly. If you are a will-call customer, consider avoiding the last minute rush by ordering your fill-up earlier in the season. A full tank could give you additional peace of mind that you have the propane you need already on-hand to sustain you through the storm.

Now you can give your tanks custom nicknames right in your MyAmeriGas account - whether it’s “Main House,” “Pool Heater,” “Warehouse 2.” Soon, these nicknames will appear in all your delivery and service notifications, making it easier than ever to manage your propane with AmeriGas.
