Grilled Pineapple Tequila Sunrise

There’s no bad time to bust out the grill for this classic Summer cocktail. Stir up some orange juice, pineapple juice and tequila with a splash of grenadine, garnish with beautifully grilled fruit and then enjoy from sunrise to sunset.



  • 8 oz. orange juice
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 4 oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. grenadine
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • 2 slices fresh orange
  • 2 Maraschino cherries


  1. Grill pineapple and orange slices on medium-high heat for about three minutes or until grill marks appear. Set aside for garnish.
  2. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice then tequila equally among 2 clear glasses.
  3. Add 1 oz. of grenadine to the top of each drink, letting it sink to the bottom to create a sunrise effect.
  4. Garnish each drink with a grilled pineapple slice, an orange slice, and a maraschino cherry.
  5. Enjoy!
