There’s no bad time to bust out the grill for this classic Summer cocktail. Stir up some orange juice, pineapple juice and tequila with a splash of grenadine, garnish with beautifully grilled fruit and then enjoy from sunrise to sunset.
- 8 oz. orange juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 4 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. grenadine
- 2 slices fresh pineapple
- 2 slices fresh orange
- 2 Maraschino cherries
- Grill pineapple and orange slices on medium-high heat for about three minutes or until grill marks appear. Set aside for garnish.
- Pour orange juice, pineapple juice then tequila equally among 2 clear glasses.
- Add 1 oz. of grenadine to the top of each drink, letting it sink to the bottom to create a sunrise effect.
- Garnish each drink with a grilled pineapple slice, an orange slice, and a maraschino cherry.
