Take your marinade game to a new level with this red wine meat marinade made with just a few classic ingredients. For the best-tasting result, let your steak (or other protein) marinate for a full day or at least a few hours.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup red wine of choice
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. onion, diced
- 2-3 springs fresh rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and then transfer into a large sealable plastic bag.
- Add preferred meat, seal, and refrigerate from a few hours to overnight, making sure to turn the bag several times for even marinating.
- Grill marinated meat at appropriate temperature until desired level of doneness and enjoy!
