Red Wine Marinade Recipe

Take your marinade game to a new level with this red wine meat marinade made with just a few classic ingredients. For the best-tasting result, let your steak (or other protein) marinate for a full day or at least a few hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red wine of choice
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. onion, diced
  • 2-3 springs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and then transfer into a large sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add preferred meat, seal, and refrigerate from a few hours to overnight, making sure to turn the bag several times for even marinating.
  3. Grill marinated meat at appropriate temperature until desired level of doneness and enjoy!
