Sweet mango and peaches, herbaceous mint and crisp white wine come together in the perfect summer cocktail. Mix up a pitcher and get your summer happy hours started.
- 1 bottle Riesling
- 1 cup orange liqueur
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 peaches, halved
- 1 mango, sliced
- ¼ cup mint
- Grill peaches and mango over medium heat, flesh side down, until lightly charred. Cut into smaller chunks once cool.
- Heat sugar and water in a small saucepan until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until cool.
- Mix cooled sugar-water, grilled fruit, mint, orange liqueur and white wine together in pitcher.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
