Best Herb and Lemon Grilled Chicken

Whether you're entertaining a large crowd for Passover or just looking for a quick and healthy dinner, our lemon and herb chicken recipe is the perfect recipe for success!


Makes: 4 servings



  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup rosemary, chopped
  • ¼ cup thyme, chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup basil, chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper, to taste



  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. Drizzle each chicken breast with olive oil and lemon juice, and then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken about 3-4 minutes per side, reduce to medium-low, and place lemon slices on top of chicken breasts, about 7-8 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
  4. Remove and top with fresh herbs and tomatoes, and serve immediately!
