Herbalicious Marinade

Nothing tastes better on grilled food than simple, fresh herbs. Use any type of herb you prefer, but for the best-tasting result, allow your protein to marinate for at least a few hours, but ideally for the full day.


  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh herbs (like rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, oregano, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and then transfer into a large sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add preferred meat, seal, and refrigerate from a few hours to overnight, making sure to turn the bag several times for even marinating.
  3. Grill marinated meat at appropriate temperature until desired level of doneness and enjoy!
