- 2 ½ oz vodka or gin
- ¼ - ½ oz olive juice
- ¼ oz dry vermouth
- 3-4 large green olives, pitted
- On a skewer or in a small grill basket, grill the olives 1-2 minutes per side, until grill marks just appear.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in vodka or gin, olive juice and dry vermouth.
- Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives.
