Planning a steakhouse night with a juicy ribeye or savory NY strip seared on the grill? We’ve got just the cocktail to commence your perfect grilled meal—a classic dirty martini with a grilled twist. Start with your favorite brand of premium vodka or gin, add a splash of crisp dry vermouth and of salty olive juice, and top it all off with a few charred green olives to add a little smokiness to your cocktail. Ingredients

  • 2 ½ oz vodka or gin
  • ¼ - ½ oz olive juice
  • ¼ oz dry vermouth
  • 3-4 large green olives, pitted

Instructions

  1. On a skewer or in a small grill basket, grill the olives 1-2 minutes per side, until grill marks just appear.
  2. In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in vodka or gin, olive juice and dry vermouth.
  3. Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives.
