Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  1. In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In another large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer, then beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in dry ingredients until just combined, and then stir in chocolate chips by hand. Refrigerate ingredients for about 2 hours.
