Savory, spicy and tangy all at once, this simple marinade packs a flavorful punch. The mixture is delicious on any protein, but we especially love it for the traditional flank, skirt or hanger cuts of beef. Marinate these thinner cuts for as long as you’re able, allowing the ingredients to break down and soften the protein, then grill quickly for an incredibly tender piece of meat.
