Emergency Notice: If you smell gas or are experiencing signs of a gas leak immediately exit the premises and contact 800-805-0659 or 9-1-1 for immediate assistance. All gas leaks potentially pose a serious threat.
Existing Customers (Residential AND Business):
  • Email: Please fill out our Existing Customer Contact Form, and we will get back to you within two business days*.
  • Self-Service:  Log in, or register for, your own online account. MyAmeriGas is an online account that lets you manage your preferences, order propane, pay bills, and more. 
  • Phone: 1-800-263-7442; Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
New Customers (Residential AND Business):
