 If you smell gas or are experiencing signs of a gas leak immediately exit the premises and contact 800-805-0659 or 9-1-1 for immediate assistance. All gas leaks potentially pose a serious threat.
Existing Customers:
  • Self Service: For the most convenient service, we recommend managing your propane account online at MyAmeriGas.com where you can order propane, view scheduled deliveries, pay your bill, and update usage information.  
  • Chat with Us: Existing customers can use our online chat to get help. Visit MyAmeriGas.com and select Message Us to chat. Chat is available Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
