About Tom McMahon
Tom McMahon is the Vice President of Field Operations for our Central Division. In this role, Tom will lead our teams in the Central Regions and support them in serving our customers safely, on-time and efficiently. He will also build collaborative relationships with our delivery, service and customer service teams so that we can execute our operational excellence strategies and provide our customers with a great experience.
Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading large warehouse and transportation operations and in building high-performing teams to achieve business goals. Tom joins us from GXO Logistics, where he was the Vice President of Operations. In this role, he led large teams to successfully execute against challenging business demands, while focusing on continuous improvement and automation efforts. Tom played an integral role in leading the successful implementation of several startups, which saw positive client satisfaction scores and profitability within the first several months of execution. Previously, Tom held leadership roles with McLane, The Home Depot and Target.
Tom holds his MBA from Claremont Graduate University and his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
