Your calls will not be transferred to various departments. Our Strategic Accounts Department strives to be a one-call resolution unit.

Automated Monitoring of Your Fuel Storage
AmeriGas can also monitor inventory levels at all your locations. Our forecasting system predicts when a delivery is needed so that you never run out of gas. It is the ideal system for commercial, industrial and recreational accounts, saving you time and money.

Safety
Safety is an integral component at AmeriGas. AmeriGas is committed to workplace safety, employee health and protection of the environment. We review the proper handling of our equipment with your employees and are available to instruct them on propane code requirements. Insurance, in some cases, may even decrease after employees are properly trained.

24-Hour Emergency Service
AmeriGas provides emergency and delivery service 24 hours a day 7 days a week through our Emergency Call Center. The Emergency Call Center is staffed with AmeriGas employees specifically trained to determine the nature of the call and to contact the appropriate personnel. With a simple phone call, a trained AmeriGas technician may be dispatched to solve the problem.

Summary Billing
AmeriGas will provide a centralized summary invoice documenting weekly or monthly volume, price and delivery information for each location. We'll save you money because you only need to issue a single check.

AmeriGas accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard Corporate Purchasing Cards, as well as the Discover Card.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
We can set you up on Electronic Data Interchange, which automates your procurement, billing and payment process so that you no longer have to key data into your accounts payable system.

Electronic Funds Transfer
We can set you up on Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which automatically debits your account on a monthly basis and eliminates the high costs of processing checks.

As an AmeriGas Strategic Account resale customer, we will provide you with the necessary sales techniques and training to help you build a profitable propane business.
