
AmeriGas has launched a mobile version of amerigas.com featuring an enhanced location finder, job postings, information about the company and contact information.
More people are accessing the AmeriGas website through mobile devices than ever before. Mobile users want to get to what they want, and get to it quickly. Our mobile site is making doing business with us easy.
The mobile site is optimized for smartphones with iPhone iOS 3.1.3 or above, Android 2.1 or above or Blackberry OS 6.0 or above. AmeriGas.com automatically recognizes when a smartphone user is visiting and defaults to the mobile site. Itβs not an app, so no downloads are necessary to use the mobile site.
The mobile siteβs location finder pinpoints AmeriGas offices, cylinder exchange, 24/7 cylinder exchange and cylinder refill locations either by using GPS technology to find the locations nearest to the mobile device or by entering a zip code of a different location. Users can select from the results populated on a Google map or from a list view.
Mobile visitors can now easily provide customer feedback or address an issue, request more information about becoming a customer or find AmeriGasβ emergency contact number using the mobile siteβs contact screens.
The career center allows users to view job openings across the country and email the postings to themselves or friends.

I am very disaapointed in your service. I am suprised such a big company can function in such a manner. Your communication is terrible. I ordered and paid for propane December 28, 2011 and was apparently never even placed on the schedule for delivery. I ran out Feb 10th and now trying to get a pressure check… You said you’d call and tell me when you could come, then just show up when I’m not here. As I said, this is disappointing, frustrating and ridiculous. I really don’t want to be your customer anymore.
