Several months ago, AmeriGas Propane announced that Gene Bissell would be retiring from his position as President & CEO of AmeriGas Propane, Inc. and that Jerry Sheridan would assume that position upon Geneβs retirement. Gene has announced that his last day in this position will be Friday, March 2, 2012.
Jerry will subsequently assume the position as President & CEO of AmeriGas Propane, effective March 3. Also as previously announced, Paul Grady will then assume the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., also effective March 3.
