The Market Coordinator must possess an exceptional level of organizational and administrative skill as well as be able to manage many tasks, activities and deadlines. The position acts as the "hub' for the Market and networks as necessary while under minimal supervision from the Market Manager. The position entails a broad spectrum of situations, which requires good decision making, a high level of confidentiality, multi-tasking and follow up in fast paced environment.
On a daily or regular basis, the market Coordinator answers, reviews and handles incoming calls, market mail, emails and other market manager correspondence, etc. The Market Coordinator must be aware of and work in tandem with the Market Manager's schedule and needs. Responsible for a variety of reporting into and out of the market office. Highly computer driven and requires interaction on multiple levels within the organization.
- Requires computer literacy--Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Necessary to be proactive and responsive to all issues and concerns.
- Must be able to keep sensitive issues and communication in confidence.
- Requires a high school diploma although related coursework preferred.
- Must have at least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a fast-paced business office environment.
